The most challenging aspect of this journey was the moment when Etops Group acquired multiple companies in 2020. The task was to unify the user experience of core products with the products taken by acquisition, running on different platforms (both desktop and mobile), and to ensure a smooth transition from old technologies toward new cutting-edge solutions.
It is possible to create a continues flow and consistent UX for the whole set of products, even if they run on different technologies and devices.
It's known that most of the digital products in the asset management and banking industry are operating on old and quite restrictive technologies, that limits the UX immensely. However, with a lot of research and prototyping, I believe we came up with quite a few very creative solutions, defining the next generation of products for digital finance.
