December is part of the year when people are summarizing the experience gained in past eleven months. Projects are about to be finished before holidays and plans for the upcoming year are about to be made. For me, this December is the beginning of a fruitful collaboration with Interaction Design Foundation (IDF).
IDF hired me to the position of Senior UX Designer, but more than that, accepted me into their family and provided me with the opportunity to develop personally and professionally through collaboration with the best designers in the World.
The Interaction Design Foundation is a ten year old, transformation, non-profit community focused on educating, informing and stimulating design professionals and students, as well as providing first grade curricular and training materials for universities and professional corporations around the globe.
Each day tens of thousands of students and professional designers from various disciplines (web design, product design, user experience, software development, visual design, graphics) access and engage with IDF’s educational resources on a common quest… to design a better world, in agreement with the UNESCO statement, “Universal access to high quality education is key to the building of peace, sustainable social and economic development, and intercultural dialogue.
IDF is open access organization, so go and become a member. Visit www.interaction-design.org for more info.
